Shipping Areas
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We have plans to expand our delivery to other European countries in the near future. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates on new shipping areas.
Shipping options and delivery times
All orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) before 15:00 will be shipped the same day via PostNL. As far as possible, we always try to ship your order as one package. Sometimes it may happen that we have to split your order and you will receive multiple packages.
All our shipped packages are provided with a track and trace code that you will also receive by email, so that you can easily track the status of your order.
For the Netherlands: normally PostNL will deliver your order on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday). PostNL strives to always deliver within 2 delivery days, which is almost always possible.
For Belgium: delivery within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
For Germany: delivery within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
In exceptional cases, for example due to busy times or other circumstances at PostNL, delivery may take a little longer. In such a case, we ask you to be patient. We have no influence on the delivery itself and cannot speed up the delivery in any way. If you have not received your order after one week, please contact us. Click here for all contact options. We will then find out where your package has gone and always come up with a good solution.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have indicated in the PostNL app or via the PostNL website that the package may be delivered to an agreed location, you must take into account that MY Candy Store and PostNL are both not liable for loss, damage or theft of the package once it has been left unattended at the designated location! We always advise to have your package delivered to your home instead of at an agreed location, or to collect it from one of the available parcel points.
Change delivery address
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address of your order. Therefore, we recommend that you check your address carefully for any errors during the ordering process, so that you can be sure of a smooth delivery.
Non-home deliveries
If you are not at home, the parcel delivery person will deliver the parcel to your neighbours or to a PostNL point near you. Did you miss the delivery person and did not receive a not-at-home note in your letterbox? That's right! From now on, PostNL will inform you digitally about your parcel as much as possible. That is why it is important to keep a close eye on your e-mail and the track-and-trace code for the most up-to-date status of your order.
Postage costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
- orders over €25 = FREE
- orders under €25 = €6.95
Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany:
- orders over €50 = FREE
- orders between €25 - €49.99 = €4.95
- orders under €25 = €9.95
It is therefore often more beneficial to fill your shopping cart at least up to the free shipping amount.
Incorrect or damaged delivery
Please send us an email or WhatsApp message within 48 hours of receipt. Click here for the contact details. Please state which products are incorrect or damaged and how many products it concerns, preferably supported by photos. Do not throw away the damaged/incorrect products, because we can ask you to return them or to take photos of the damaged/incorrect products. After processing your request, we will always come up with a suitable solution.
