We currently only deliver within the Netherlands. However, we have plans to expand our delivery to other European countries in the near future. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates on new shipping areas.
Shipping options and delivery times
All orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day via PostNL. As far as possible, we always try to send your order as one package. Sometimes we may have to split your order and you will therefore receive multiple packages.
All our shipped packages are provided with a track-and-trace code that you will also receive by e-mail, so that you can easily track the status of your order. Normally PostNL will deliver your order on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday). PostNL strives to always deliver within 2 delivery days, which it succeeds in almost all cases.
In exceptional cases, for example due to crowds or other circumstances at PostNL, delivery may take a little longer. In such a case, we ask you to be patient. We have no influence on the delivery itself and cannot accelerate delivery in any way. If you have not received your order after one week, please contact us. Click here for all contact options. We will then find out where your package has gone and always come up with a good solution.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have indicated in the PostNL app or via the PostNL website that the package may be delivered to an agreed location, you should note that MY Candy Store and PostNL are both not liable for loss, damage or theft of the package once it is left unattended at the designated location! We always recommend having your package delivered to your home instead of at an agreed location, or to collect it from one of the available parcel points.
Changing delivery address
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address of your order. We therefore recommend that you check your address carefully for any errors when ordering, so that you can be assured of smooth delivery.
If you are not at home, the parcel deliverer will deliver the package to your neighbors or to a PostNL point near you. Did you miss the delivery person and did not receive a non-home note in the mailbox? That's right! From now on, PostNL will inform you as much as possible digitally about your package. That is why it is important to keep a close eye on your email and the track-and-trace code for the most up-to-date status of your order.
The shipping costs within the Netherlands for orders under €25 are €6.95. Orders from €25 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. It is therefore often more beneficial to replenish your shopping cart at least up to that amount.
Incorrect or damaged delivery
Send us an email or WhatsApp message within 48 hours of receipt. Click here for contact details. Please state which products are incorrect or damaged and how many products are involved, preferably supported with photos. Please do not throw away the damaged/incorrect products as we may ask you to return them or take photos of the damaged/incorrect products. After processing your request, we will always come up with a suitable solution.
